Super Prep iOS Application

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Super Prep mobile application for iOS and related services (the "App") provided by Xarothi, Nazira, Sivasagar, Assam, India ("Xarothi", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your use of the Xarothi website is governed separately by our Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply specifically to the Super Prep iOS App and purchases made through the Apple App Store.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
  • You register and sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number and account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Super Prep provides mock tests, practice questions, performance analytics, and related educational content for competitive-exam preparation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Super Prep offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional tests, analytics, and features.

  • Title: Super Prep Premium
  • Length of subscription: 1 month
  • Price: the price displayed in the App and on the App Store product page at the time of purchase

Auto-renewal terms for purchases made on iOS through Apple:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the subscription.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases made on our website or through other channels are processed by our third-party payment providers and are governed by our Terms & Conditions and the plan terms shown at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

  • Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store; refund requests must be made to Apple.
  • For purchases made through other channels, refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund and Cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share test content, questions, or materials;
  • Attempt to access the App through unauthorized means, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it;
  • Use the App to violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
  • Share your account access in a way that circumvents subscription limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including questions, explanations, analytics, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Xarothi and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own exam preparation.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Super Prep is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, score, rank, or outcome. Content is provided for practice and learning purposes and may contain errors; it is not a substitute for official examination materials.

8. Account Deletion and Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile, then Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and associated data and frees your mobile number for future registration.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarothi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sivasagar, Assam, India.
