How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Xarothi, please send an email to ourxarothi@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

In your email, please include:

  • Your registered phone number
  • Your full name as registered on Xarothi
  • A brief reason for the deletion request (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile information (name, phone number, email address)
  • Your test attempt history and results
  • Your course enrolment records
  • Any other personally identifiable information stored on our systems

What Happens After Deletion

  • You will no longer be able to log in to your Xarothi account.
  • Any active subscriptions or course access will be terminated.
  • This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request where required by law, including:

  • Transaction and payment records (as required by Indian financial regulations)
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms of service

Any retained data will be kept in accordance with applicable legal requirements and will not be used for any other purpose.
